I have extensive experience in failure examinations, both in the laboratory and on-site.  These have covered marine, desalination, mining and chemical plants as well as a wide range of materials from carbon and low alloy steels through copper alloys, stainless steels and nickel alloys to titanium alloys.

I have access to a wide range of laboratory techniques, from metallography to the scanning electron microscope, as well as other metallurgical techniques.

Where required, recommendations to avoid future such problems can be made.
